Members & Guests Policy

Expected Code of Conduct

Please review and adhere to the following policies to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.

  1. Drink Responsibly Management and staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if it is determined they have reached their limit.
  2. No One Under 21 Years of Age No exceptions.
  3. Be Polite and Respectful To other members, their guests, and our staff. Inappropriate comments or behavior toward staff will not be tolerated. Violations will result in being closed out and asked to leave.
  4. First Come, First Served Establishment We operate under a 49-person occupancy limit per fire code. Lifetime members may reserve tables.
  5. Members-Only Establishment Entry is limited to members and their guests.
    • Do not share your entry code with anyone who is not your guest and physically present with you.
    • First-time visitors are welcome with management approval.
    • First-time visitors may join as a member during their visit or obtain membership information from our website and join at a later date.
    • Management reserves the right to open to the public from time to time as events warrant.
  6. Guests Must Remain with the Inviting Member If the member departs, their guest must also depart.
  7. Guest Visit Limits Guests who are not a spouse or significant other listed on the membership are limited to four visits without joining, unless prior approval is granted by management. All requests for exceptions must be directed to management, not staff.
  8. Dress Code Enforced No inappropriate clothing. Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if attire is deemed offensive or inappropriate.
  9. Noise Level Policy Keep noise at a level where conversation is comfortable. This is a speakeasy environment. Please keep phone volumes down.
  10. Music Control Music selection is controlled by management. Do not attempt to hijack or alter it.
  11. Restricted Areas Employees only behind the bar.
  12. No Outside Beverages Of any kind.
  13. No Drugs, Smoking, or Vaping Inside Any violations will result in being asked to leave. Smoking is permitted only outside at the top of the back steps or in the city parking lot.
  14. No Pets Allowed

Management Reserves the Right to Revoke Membership for violations of this Members and Guests Policy and Code of Conduct. Law enforcement may be contacted if any member or guest is deemed a threat to themselves or others.
