1. Drink Responsibly – Management and staff have right to refuse to serve anyone at any time if we feel you are at the limit.
2. No one under 21 no exceptions.
3. Be polite and respectful to other members and their guest and our staff.
4. We are a first come first serve establishment with a 49 Person limit by code. Lifetime members can Reserve tables.
5. Do not share your code with anyone who is not your guest.
6. No inappropriate clothing, Management reserves the right to ask you to leave if we have complainants.
7. Keep noise to limits where you can sit and talk without shouting. “Speak Easy”
8. Management is in control of music do not attempt to highjack it.
9. Keep your phone volumes down please.
10. Employees only behind bar.
11. No outside beverages of any kind.
12. No Drug use of any kind
13. No Smoking or Vaping inside.
14. No Pets
Management reserves the right to call the Newton Police if we have members and or guest who become unruly and are deemed a threat to themselves or others.
Management also reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of the code of conduct and rules.
