Italian Wine Tasting & Lasagna Cook-Off

Today we hosted an afternoon of Italian pours and Lasagna comfort-food competition at Discretion Underground, featuring a guided Italian wine tasting with Sara from Volio Italian Wine Imports. Guests sampled a curated lineup of Italian wines, then cheered on our Lasagna Cook-Off as entries competed for Fan Favorite, Most Unique Bite, and Best Comfort Classic. The room was equal parts tasting notes and friendly rivalry, ending with plenty of full glasses, full plates, and new bragging rights for our winners.
